What's covered:
✅Manufacturing defects — broken clasp, stone missing, plating issue on arrival
✅Wrong item received — different product or colour than what you ordered
✅Significant size issue — bracelet or ring size is clearly different from what was listed
What's not covered:
❌Change of mind or personal preference
❌Worn, used, or altered pieces
❌Items returned without original Zivelle packaging
❌Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
❌Claims without an unboxing video
How to raise a request
1.Record an unboxing video as soon as your order arrives — open the package on camera from start to finish, without cuts.
2.Message us on WhatsApp at +91-8780039310 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
3.We'll review and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we'll arrange a courier pickup at no charge to you.
4.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
